Korea dividend calendar Q4 2026: last day to buy
The next deadline is Monday, Nov 9: buy HD Hyundai, HD Hyundai Electric or JB Financial on KRX by the close that day to get their third-quarter dividends. The biggest one comes on Thursday, Nov 26. That's the last day to buy SK hynix, Hyundai Motor, SK Telecom and Coway, which all use Monday, Nov 30 as the record date.
Every amount and date below comes from the company's own "cash dividend decision" filing on DART, Korea's disclosure system. We read each filing in Korean and linked it. The last day to buy is our own count: two KRX trading days before the record date, because Korean trades settle on T+2 under KRX's trading rules. All dates are Seoul time.
Korean dividend stocks: last day to buy in November 2026
As of Nov 7, ten companies still have a last day to buy ahead of them. In the Dates column, the first date is the last KRX trading day to buy and the second is the record date. Each company's six-digit KRX code is in its filing link under the table.

Hyundai Motor's three preferred shares (005385, 005387 and 005389) get the same ₩2,500 on the same dates.
"Not set" means the filing gives a deadline instead of a day. KB Financial says it will pay within one month of its Oct 29 board meeting. SK hynix and Coway say within one month of the record date.

Dividends already locked in, still to be paid
If you held these shares on the record date, the money is still on its way. Samsung Electronics is the largest: ₩4,601 per common and preferred share, paid on Friday, Nov 27.

How the last day to buy is counted
Take the record date and go back two KRX trading days. A Nov 30 record date is a Monday, so you count back over the weekend: Friday, Nov 27 and then Thursday, Nov 26. A share bought on Nov 26 settles on Nov 30 and puts you on the shareholder list. Buy on Nov 27, the ex-dividend date, and it settles on Dec 1, a day late.
No Korean public holiday falls in November, so none of the counts above skips a weekday. KRX's regular session runs 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. KST, per the same KRX page. In New York that's 7:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. the evening before, now that US daylight saving time has ended.
SK hynix ADR (SKHY) and other US-listed Korean stocks
SKHY holders have a later deadline than the Korean shares: the last day to buy SKHY on Nasdaq is Friday, Nov 27, New York time, for an ADS record date of Nov 30. Each SKHY ADS gets one-tenth of the ₩20,000, or ₩2,000 before tax and fees. Citibank, the depositary, set those dates in its preliminary notice. Five other companies in the tables also have ADRs on the New York Stock Exchange, according to the SEC's ticker list: KB Financial (KB), Shinhan (SHG), Woori (WF), SK Telecom (SKM) and KT (KT). Their depositaries set separate ADS record and pay dates, and the dollar amount depends on the exchange rate on conversion day. We haven't checked those notices yet, so we don't list ADS dates for them. Your broker or the depositary's dividend notice will have them.
What about year-end dividends?
None of the dates above is a year-end dividend, and we haven't found a 2026 year-end record date in any of these companies' filings yet. Don't assume Dec 31. Shinhan's Oct 27 filing explains that the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act was amended on Jan 21, 2025 so boards can pick quarterly record dates instead of using the last day of March, June and September. That's why the November dates above are scattered, and Shinhan set all three of its 2026 quarterly dates in advance, in February.
